Frequently asked
What's the difference between a DOT and a non-DOT test?
DOT tests are required by federal law for safety-sensitive transportation jobs and follow strict 49 CFR Part 40 procedures, the DOT Standard 5-panel, and a federal custody form. Non-DOT tests are set by an employer's own policy, so you can choose a 5, 9, 10, or 14-panel test.
Which panel do I need?
If your job is DOT-regulated, it's always the DOT Standard panel. For everything else, check your employer's or court's paperwork. If it isn't listed, call us and we'll help you match it.
Why is everything except DOT fully booked?
Our calendar is full for non-DOT and DNA services right now. DOT collections stay open so drivers and crews can get tested on time. Call or text to join the cancellation list for any other service.
Do you really come to my home or job site?
Yes. We collect at homes, offices, job sites, schools, and attorney offices across [service area]. A trip fee may apply for locations farther out.
How soon will I get results?
Most urine and oral fluid results return in [1–3] business days. Hair follicle tests take [3–5] business days, and DNA results usually take [2–3] business days after the lab receives the samples.
Can a peace-of-mind DNA test be used in court?
No. Only a legal test with verified IDs and a documented chain of custody is admissible. If there's any chance you'll need the result in court, book the legal test from the start.
How do I pay?
You can pay online from the Pricing section. We accept major cards, and company accounts can be invoiced monthly.
