Service description

Every DOT drug test screens for the same five drug classes, and employers can't add or remove substances. Specimens go to a SAMHSA/HHS-certified lab and every non-negative result is reviewed by a Medical Review Officer.

Cancellation policy

Appointments can be rescheduled at no charge with at least 48 hours' notice. Reschedules inside 48 hours carry a [$00] fee, and missed appointments must be rebooked and paid again.
